Cancellation And Refund Policy
The Owner must notify the admin and try to resolve the issue directly with their admin. In connection with resolving the issue, the owner can request refunds directly from the admin. We may reduce the amount on any refund or adjust under this policy to reflect any fund or other relief provided directly by an admin. As part of providing assistance we may, but are not obligated to, pay for or contribute to the cost of the new property. We may also provide the owner with the option of applying the value of a canceled reservation or of receiving credit, in lieu of getting a refund.
